A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF RANfMO
O3CAM)NGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING IME LEASE PURCMASE OF
VARIOUS ~QUIPMENT THROUGH FIRST INTERSTATE CREDIT AND
ALLIAN(~., INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonsa had determined that a true and
very real need exists for the acquisition of the equipment described in the
Personal Property Lease and all Schedules thereto by and between First
Interstate Credit Alliance, Inc., as Lessor, and Gity of Rancho Cucamonga, as
Lessee, presented to this meeting, and that the use of the equipment is
essential to {ts proper, efficient and economic operation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has taken
the necessary steps, including any legal bidding requirements, under applicable
law to arrange for the acquisition of such equipment under the Personal
Property Lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is found, determined and resolved by the City
Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga that the terms of said Personal
Property Lease are in the best interests of Lessee and the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonsa designates and confirms the following persons to
execute and deliver, and to witness or attest the Personal Property Lease and
any related documents necessary to the consummation of the transactions
contemplated by the Personal Property Lease.

BE IT M3RTHER RESOLVED that the Lessee is authorized and directed to
fulfill all obligations under the terms of tie Personal Property Lease.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 1988.
