A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT~ ~OUNGIL OF THE CITY OF RAN~O
CU CAM~ NGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVE~NT AGREE~NT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVE~NT SEU3RIT~ FOR TRACT 12590-2
WHEREAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on June
1, 1988, b~ Lewis Homes as developer, for the improvement of public ri~ht-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the northeast corner of Base Line Road and Haven Avenue: and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12590-2: and
WHEREAS. said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied b~ good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THERE~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, C~lifornia, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 1988.
