A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CX)UNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF RAN~{O
CU CAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SEU3RITY ~R TRA~T NOS. 12590-3
AND 125 90-4
WHEREAS, the Cit~ Gouncll of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on June
1, 1988, by Lewis Homes as developer, for the improvement of public riEht-of-
way adjacent to the real propert~ specifically described therein, and generally
located on the northeast corner of Base Line Road and Haven Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develo~ent of said Tracts 12590-3 and 12590-4; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Asreement Extens{on.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucsmonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 1988.
