A RESOLUTION OF THE CI~"f COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(MO
OJCAMDN~A, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT.
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 13742
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 13742, consisting of 17 lots,
su~itted by A.C. & C. Development Limited, Subdivider, located on the south
side of Arrow Route, between Calaveras Avenue and Sierra Madre Avenue, has been
submitted to the City of Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider for approval by
said City as provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California.
and in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement Agreement su~itted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and su~its for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets
del ineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 1988.
