A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCANONGA, CALIFORNIA, ANKNDING RESOLUTION NO. 86-1/~3,
ESTABLISHING FEES IN-LIEU OF UNDERGROUNDING OVERHEAD
UTILITY LINES Wlt!~ REQUIRED BY PLANNING CONHISSION APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of information from the General
Telephone Company indicstinS that the sverage cost of undergroundinS telephone
lines is higher thsn previously indicated,
NOM, T!IEREFORE, be it resolved, by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucnmonga, California that the unit amount to be charged for fees
in-lieu of undergrounding existinS overhead telephone lines shall be $75.00 per
linear foot.
