A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
BANYAN STREET AT FREDERICKSBURG AVENUE
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND WIDENING IMPROVEMENTS,
CONTRACT NO. 00-051 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING
OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Banyan Street at Fredericksburg Avenue Traffic Signal and
Widening Improvements, Contract No. 00-051, has been completed to the satisfaction
of the City Engineer; and
`WHEREAS,' a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign
and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 71h day of February 2001.
