A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR DR 00-08
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement executed by Vic Chen as developer,for the improvement
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the northwest corner of 4'" Street and Santa Anita Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement
Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of
said real property referred to as DR 00-08; and
WHEREAS, said .Improvecnent Agreement is secured and accompanied by good and
sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
HEREBY RESOLVES that said Improvement Agreement be and the same is approved and the
Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is authorized to attest
thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 2001.
