A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES FOR MDR 00-27
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on Fe'bruary'21; 2001, by Housing Actiqn
Resource Trust as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real
property specifically described therein, and generally located on theterminus of Monroe Court ,
north of Jersey Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement
Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of
said real property referred to as MDR 00-27; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good and
sufficient Improvement Securities, which are identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMON3A,
HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is approved and the Mayor is
authorized to execute-same on behalf of said City, and the City Clerk is authorized to
• attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Securities are accepted as good and sufficient, subject to
approval as to form and content thereof by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 2001.
