• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES,
MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT FOR TRACT MAP NO.
14875
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 14875, submitted by Archibald Garden Villas
Limited Partnership, A Limited Partnership, located at the southeast corner of Archibald Avenue
and Church Street, for the development of 36 condominium units on 3.56 acres of land, was
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on January 9, 1991
and is compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted
pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 14875 is the final map of the division of land approved as
shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final map
by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an Improvement Agreement
guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Securities by Archibald Garden Villas Limited
Partnership,'A Limited Partnership, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
• HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Securities
submitted by said Developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
and the City Clerk to attest; and that the offers for dedication and the final map delineating the
same for said Tract Map No. 14875 is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 2001.
