A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING CHARGES
FOR THE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF REFUSE FROM
RESIDENTIAL UNITS IN THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA.
WHEREAS, City Ordinance No. 117, and subsequent ordinances,
authorizes the City Council to fix and determine the charges to be made
for the collection and disposal of refuse; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that the following
charges are reasonable and appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following rates are
established for the collection and disposal of refuse from residential
units in the City:
(a) Residential unit, $5.50 per month; and,
(b) Residential unit when head of household is age sixty-two
(62) or over, $4.50 per month.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 1980.
