A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NIrMBER 5922,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO.5922)
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, tentative Parcel Map No. 5922, submitted by Alta Loma
Villa, and consisting of 4 parcels, located at the southeast corner of
19th Street and Jasper Street, being a division of a portion of Lot 7,
Block 20, Cucamonga Homestead Association, as recorded in Book 6, Page
46, Records of San Bernardino County, State of California was approved
by the City Engineer of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on March 12, 1980;
and,
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 5922 is the final map of the
division of lan. d approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and,
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met by entry into an improvement agreement guaranteed by acceptable
improvement security by Alta Loma Villa as developer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said improvement agreement and
said improvement security submitted by said developer be and the same
are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said
improvement agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest; and that said Parcel Map Number 5922 be and the
same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present
same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 1980.
