HomeMy WebLinkAbout80-105 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 80-105 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 6322, (TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 6322) IMPROVEMENT AGR/EEMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY WHEREAS, tentative Parcel Map No. 6322, submitted by G.V.D. Commercial Properties, Inc., and consisting of 6 parcels, located between Foothill Blvd. and San Bernardino Road, east of Vineyard, being a division of portions of lots 11 and 12, subdivision "B" of Cucamonga Vineyard Tract as recorded in Book 20 of Maps, Page 45, Records of San Bernardino County, California was approved by the City Engineer of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on September 10, 1980; and, WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 6322 is the final map of the division of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and, WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an improvement agreement guaranteed by acceptable improvement security by Lewis Development Company as developer; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said improvement agreement and said improvement security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said improvement agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that said Parcel Map Number 6322 be and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
