A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 6206,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 6206)
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, tentative Parcel Map No. 6206, submitted by Daon
Barton Development Co., and consisting of 25 parcels, located at the
southeast corner of Foothill and Haven, being a division of the North
half of Section 12 Township 1 North Range 7 West San Bernardino Maridian
was approved by the City Engineer of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on
June 12, 1980; and,
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 6206 is the final mai ~f the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and,
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met by entry into an improvement agreement guaranteed by acceptable
improvement security by Daon Corporation as developer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said improvement agreement and
said improvement security submitted by said developer be and the same
are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said
improvement agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest; and that said Parcel Map Number 6206 be and the
same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present
same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of October, 1980.
