A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE BASE LINE AVENUE
RECONSTRUCTION FROM WEST OF GARNET STREET TO EAST OF
LION STREET AND ARCHIBALD AVENUE TO WEST OF CAMBRIDGE
AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLE-
TION FOR THE WORK.
WHEREAS, the reconstruction of Base Line Avenue from west of
Garnet Street to east of Lion Street and Archibald Avenue to west of
Cambridge Avenue has been completed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed,
certifying the work complete;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted
and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion
with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 1980.
