A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 13566-1
AND -3
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 13566-1 and -3, consisting of
112 lots, submitted by The Caryn Development Company, Standard Pacific of
Orange County and Century American Corporation, Subdividers, located on the
south side of 24th Street, west of Cherry Avenue, in the Low Density
Residential District has been submitted to the City of Rancho Cucamonga by
said Subdividers for approval by said City as provided in the Subdivision Map
Act of the State of California, and in compliance with the requirements of
Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdividers have offered the
Improvement Agreements submitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and submit for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for street and highway
purposes the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Improvement Agreements be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 1989.

approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said-City Council held on the 4th day of
October, 1989.
