HomeMy WebLinkAbout89-449 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO, 89-449 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL INITIAL STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION FOR THE PROPOSED JERSEY BOULEVARD STORM DRAIN FROM VINCENT AVENUE TO ILO0' EAST, BEING PART OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 82-1 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has reviewed all available input concerning the proposed Jersey Boulevard Storm Drain Improvements; and WHEREAS, said improvements require an Environmental Assessment; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared pursuant to the California Enviornmental Quality Act, as amended. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does · hereby resolve as follows: SECTION 1: The City Council of Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves the Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Categorical Exemption for the proposed Jersey Boulevard Storm Drain from Vincent Avenue to 1100' east. SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Exemption pursuant to the California Enviornmental Quality Act. PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 1989.
