A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUC~MONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A 30-FOOT DEDICATION ON
LONDON AVENUE AS OFFERED FOR HIGHWAY AND ROAD PURPOSES
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1: The offer to dedicate to the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, the property herein described for Highway and Road
purposes, is hereby accepted. Said property is described as follows:
Those portions of the easement as offered to dedicate to the County
of San Bernardino per easement deed as recorded in Book 8239, Page 744,
Official Records of said County, being a portion of Lot 29, Foothill Frostless
Fruit Company Tract No. 2, as per map recorded in Book 20 of Maps 7, Page 34,
records of said County.
Excepting, therefrom Parcel No. 1 (Liberty Street) as described in
said easement deed.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause
a certified copy of this resolution to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino, State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1985.
