A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVlNG A PIPELINE LICENSE
BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE ATCHISON TOPEKA AND SANTA FE
RAILWAY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A STORM DRAIN PIPE
BENEATH THE RAILROAD TRACKS
WHEREAS, a storm drain pipe is required to be installed beneath the
Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Railway tracks near the Station of Rochester,
County of San Bernardino, State of California for project, D.R. 84-02; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cueamonga, California
has for its consideration a Pipeline License between the Atchison Topeka and
Santa Fe Railway Company and the City for the right to install the storm drain
pipe at the above location.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Ranthe Cueamonga, California, that said Pipeline License be and the same is
hereby approved by the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign same
on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 1985.
