A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 9192
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 9192 has been submitted to the City of Rancho
Cucamonga by said Subdivider for approval by said City as provided in the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in compliance with the
requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established for approval and
execution by said City, together with good and sufficient Improvement
Security, and submits for approval of Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney; and
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 1989.
