A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AGREE~NT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
SIGN SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cueamonga, California, (the "City") that it hereby approves the
proposed agreement between the City and the Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Rancho Cueamonga, California, (the "Agency") entitled "Agreement for
Cooperation Between the City of Rancho Cucamonga and the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Rancho Cueamonga.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cueamonga, California, that it hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 1982.
