A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR DIRECTOR REVIEW NO. 82-05
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Raneho Cucamonga, Californa,
has for its consideraton an Improvement Agreement executed on September 1,
1982, by A.H. Reiter Development Co. as developer, for the improvement of
public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located at the southwest corner of Arrow Route and
Archibald Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Director Review No. 82-05; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Immprovement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvmeent Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
APPROVED, PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 1982.
