A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 13280
AND RELEASING THE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND SECURITY
PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED
WHEREAS, Tract No. 13280, located north of Base Line Road between
Milliken and Rochester Avenues was approved by City Council on January 18,
1989; and
WHEREAS, The Lusk Company has offered the Improvement Agreement
submitted herewith for approval and execution by said City, together with good
and sufficient Improvement Security. Said Improvement Agreement and
Improvement Security replaces Improvement Agreement and Improvement Security
accepted at the City Council meeting of January 18, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content .thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the Improvement Agreement and Improvement
Security accepted at the City Council meeting of
January 18, 1989 is hereby released.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 1989.

California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 15th day of
November, 1989.
