A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAFDNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTE/qSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 8617
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on
February 3, 1988, by Marlborough Development as developer, for the improvement
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the east side of Milliken Avenue north of
Highland Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 8617; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1988.
