A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A LICENSE FEE FOR
THE OPERATION OF BINGO GAMES WITHIN THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA.
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does herebv
resolve and determine as follows
I~HEREAS, Ordinance No. 90 of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
requires that a license fee be fixed by resolution
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that a
fee in the amount of $50 00 per year shall be charged for the issuance
of a license to play bingo in the City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 1979.
