A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROUING IMPROVEMENT ADREEMENT AND
IMPROUEMENT SEO3RIT¥ FOR CUP 86-02
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cueamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on December 8,
1987, by Community Baptist Church as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the northwest corner of Beryl and 19th Streets; and
WHEREAS° the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, CUP 86-02; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1988.
