A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCMO
CU CAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN ~I~REEMENT FROM COMMUNITY
BAPTIST (Y~UROA AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on February 21. 1979. to establish requirements for construc-
tion of public improvements in conjunction with building permit issuance; and
WHEREAS. undergrounding of existing overhead utilities established as
prerequisite to issuance of building permit for CUP 86-02 has been met by entry
into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Community
Baptist Church.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga. California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement. authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County. California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1988.
