A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 5239.
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 5239)
WHEREAS, tentative parcel map number 5239, submitted by Brooks
Products and consisting of two parcels, located on the north side of
4th street west of Haven being a division of a portion of Lot 31, Section
14, Townsbip 1 south, Range 7 west was approved by the City Engineer of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and,
W~ERF~, Parcel Map Number 5239 is the final map of the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and,
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 5239 be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 1979.
