A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PAR~.EL MAP NUMBER 4805.
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 4805)
WHEREAS, tentative parcel map number 4805, submitted by
Marlborough Development Corporation and consisting of 2 parcels, located
on Church Street east of Archibald Avenue being a division of Township
1 south, Range 7 west was approved by the City Engineer of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga: and,
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 4805 is the final map of the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and,
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have
now been met;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 4805 be
and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1979.
