A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAFDNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR PARCEL M~ 8902 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE
OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel Map 8902
has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to he f/led, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardlno County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 1988.
