A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT~ ~OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
UJCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 9180
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 9180)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel M~p Number 9180, submitted by Landco
Financial Corporation and consisting of 3 parcels, located south of Ninth
Street and west of Hellman Avenue, was approved by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 9180 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 9180 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 1988.
