A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~JCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT THREE
LOCATIONS, LOCATED AT BASE LINE ROAD AT ALTA CUESTA DRIVE,
BASE LINE ROAD AT AMETHYST STREET AND ARCEIBALD AVENUE AT
NINTH STREET, AND WITH TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROLLERS
INSTALLED AT BASE LINE ROAD AT CARNELIAN STREET, BASE LINE
ROAD AT ARfMIBALD AVENUE, ARCEIBALD AVENUE AT ARROW ROUTE,
AND ARROW ROUTE AT ETIWANDA AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Construction of
Traffic Signals at Three Locations have been completed to the satisfaction of
the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS. a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW. THEHEFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the county Recorder of San Bernardino county.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 1988.

I, BEVEELY A. AUTHELET, CITY CLERK of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
passed, approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
20th day of January, 1988.
