A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7 9-7 9, AN
EMPLOYEES DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AI~RE!~EIITS RELATED TO SAID PLAN
WHEREAS, the Cit7 Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has adopted
Resolution No. 79-79 authorizing adoption of a Deferred Compensation Plan for
the said emplc,yees; and
WHEREAS, it is intended that said Plan shall be in accordance with
Federal and State law and regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Jim Hart is hereby appointed to
administer the Plan on behalf of the City and is authorized to execute
Participation A~reements with eligible officers, officials and employees, and
all other Documents and A~reements necessary =o iWle~nt and administer ~be
