A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCH0
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79-79 AN
EMPLOYEES' DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS RELATED TO SAID PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has adopted
Resolution No. 79-79 authorizing adoption of a Deferred Compensation Plan for
the said employees; and
WHEREAS, it is intended that said Plan shall be in accordance with
Federal and State law and regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Robert A. Rizzo is hereby
appointed to administer the Plan on behalf of the City and is authorized to
execute Participation Agreements with eligible officers, officials and
employees, and all other Documents and A~reements necessary to implement and
administer the Plan.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of October, 1985.
