A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 5044.
(TENTATIVE PARCEL M~ NO. 5044)
WHEREAS, tentative parcel map number 5044, submitted by Imi
Civerolo and consisting of two parcels, located on the north side~ 6th
between Archibald and Turner, being a division of Lot 1 of Parcel Map
No. 4130 was approved by the City Engineer of the City of Rancho Cucamonga;
and,
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 5044 is the final map of the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and,
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 5044 be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1979.
