A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CU CA~DNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND DEDICATION FROM
jAMES AND STELLA HARRELL, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Rancho Cucamonga to establish
requirements for construction of frontage improvements in conjunction with the
Arrow Route Phase I Street Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, drive approach, sidewalk,
street lights and street pavements located at 9840 Arrow Route, to be made part
of the Arrow Route Phase I Street Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, James and Stella Harrell have agreed to dedicate Right-of-Way
as reimbursement to the City for said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, does accept said Improvement Agreement,
authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City
Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of January, 1988.

approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a rsgular meeting of said City Council held on the 6th day of
January, 1988.
