A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT
FOR INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND DEDICATION
FROM WAYNE AND ERMA DENNIS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Rancho Cucamonga to establish
requirements for construction of frontage improvements in conjunction with the
Base Line Road Widening; and
WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, drive approach, sidewalk,
street lights and street pavements located at 9540 Roberds Court, to be made
part of the Base Line Road Widening; and
WHEREAS, Wayne and Erma Dennis hove agreed to dedicate Right-of-Way as
reimbursement or the City for said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, does accept said Improvement Agreement,
authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City
Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of January, 1988.
