A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 5194.
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 5194)
WHEREAS, tentative parcel map number 5194, submitted by
Howard Hucks and consisting 8 parcels, located on the south side of 9th
east of Vineyard being a division of Lot 10 of Lot 10 of Cucamonga
Vineyard Tract was approved by the City Engineer of the City of Rancbo
Cucamonga; and,
~EREAS, Parcel Map Number 5194 is the final map of the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and,
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met;
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVEE by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 5194 be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 1979.
