A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA. DIRECTING THE PLANNING COMMISSION
TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AT ITS JANUARY 27. 1988.
MEETING. FOR THE PURPOSE OF MODIFYING THE CONDITIONS OF
APPROVAL OF TRACT 12671 TO INCLUDE CONSTRUCTION OF A
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF BASE LINE ROAD AND
MILLIKEN AVENUE
WHEREAS, the developer of Tract 12671 desires to complete the
intersection of Milliken Avenue and Base Line Road and open it to traffic as
early as possible; and
WHEREAS, a traffic signal must be operating at the intersection before
the additional leg can be opened to traffic.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cncamonga,
California, does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing at its
January 27, 1988 meeting for the purpose of modifying the Conditions of
Approval of Tract 12671 to include construction of a traffic signal at the
intersection of Base Line Road and Milliken Avenue.
SECTION 2: That, subject to Planning Commission approval of the
modification to the Conditions of Approval of Tract 12671, all costs for design
and construction and other expenses as approved by the City Engineer, shall be
credited against the developers System Development Fees.
PASSED. APPROVED. and ADOPTED this 6th day of January. 1988.
