A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL M~ NUMBER 4912.
(TENTATIVE PARCEL M~ NO. 4912)
WHEREAS, parcel map number 4912, submitted by Vanguard Builders
Incorporated and consisting eight parcels, located on the northwest
corner of 7th Street and Archibald, being a division of a portion of
Section 15, Township 1 south, Range 7 west was approved by the City
Engineer of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and,
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 4912 is the final map of the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and,
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 4912 be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1979.
