A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING CITY ENGINEER TO CERTIFY
LIMITS OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY.
WHEREAS, from time to time the City is required for purposes
of Federal Grant funding to certify limits of public rights of way; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer is best qualified to provide such
right of way certification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Engineer of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga is designated as the authorized agent of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga to certify the limits of public right of way
for all purposes.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1979.
