A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO COOPERATE
AND PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTINUING PLANNING EFFORTS OF THE
AIR QUALITY MA~! 7EMENT PLAN.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rancbo
Cucamonga as follows:
The City Council intends to cooperate and participate in the
continuing planning efforts of the Air Quality Management Plan during
its development and implementation. Furthermore, the City of Rancho
Cucamonga will cooperate and participate in the development of reasonable
transportation control measures which will be developed during the
planning period.
The intent of this Resolution is to be supportive of the
provisions of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1977.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1979.
