HomeMy WebLinkAbout79-66 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 79-66 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFO~IA, ~PROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 77-0446 I~ROV~ENT AGRE~ENT An IMPROVEME~ SECURITY WEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 77-0446, submitted by Linville-Sanderson-Horn Engineers Subdivider, and consisting of two parcels, located on the north side of Hidden Farms Road between Sunstone and Moonstone being a division of Parcel one of Parcel Map No. 3222 was approved by the Planning Co~iss~on of San Bernardino County on February 15, 1979 as provided in the State Subdivision Map Act and is in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance 28 of said City; and WEREAS, Parcel Map Number 4370 is the Final Map of the division of land approved as sho~ on said tentative parcel map; and WEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the Final Map, said Subdivider has offered the Improvement Agreement submitted herewith for approval and execution by said City, together with good and sufficient improvement security, and submits for approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets delineated thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows: 1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City, and the City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto; and, 2. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate thereon behalf of said City; and, 3. That said Parcel Map Number 4370 be and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record~ PASSED, ~PROVED, AND ~OPTED this 15th dav of August, 1979.
