A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING CONTRACT FOR DEPOSIT OF
MONIES WITH THE BANK OF AMERICA NT & SA.
WHEREAS, it is necessary from time to time to change the
persons authorized to enter contracts for deposits of monies, and
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga Council does desire to
deposit City funds with the Bank of America NT & SA.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga City Council does hereby
authorize the Mayor and/or City Manager and/or Finance Director to enter
into contracts for deposit of City monies with the Bank of America NT &
SA.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 1979.
