A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUC~MONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 4869,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 4869)
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, tentative parcel map number 4869, submitted by Crowell-
Levanthal, Inc., and consisting of three parcels, located at the southeast
corner of Baseline and Carnelian Street, being a dlvision of a portion
of Lot 1 of subdivision "C" of Cucamonga Vineyard Tract was approved by
the City Engineer of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on May 7, 1979; and,
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 4869 is the final map of the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and,
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met by entry into an improvement agreement guaranteed by acceptable
improvement security by Crowell-Levanthal, Inc. as developer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said improvement agreement and
said improvement security submitted by said developer be and the same
are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said
improvement agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest; and that said Parcel Map Number 4869 be and tbe
same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present
same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 1979.
