A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 3976.
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 77-410)
WHEREAS, parcel map number 77-410, submitted by Daniel August
and consisting 4 parcels, located between Moonstone and Sunstone north
of Hidden Farm Road being a division of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 3222
was approved by the City Engineer of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and,
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 3976 is the final map of the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and,
~HEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
een met;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 3976 be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1979.
