A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFCRNIA, DIRECTING REVIEW OF ~RDINANCES
61 AND 75.
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby does
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga to provide for street
and storm drain improvements have adopted fees through the implementation
of Ordinances 61 (Systems Development) and 75 (Storm Drain); and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Rancho Cucamonga
directs that a full re-evaluation and status report be prepared for
presentation to the City Council, no later than 24 months from the
adoption of said Ordinances.
PASSES, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1979.
