A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 4744.
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 4744)
WHEREAS, parcel map number 4744, submitted by K. B. Development
and consisting of 2 parcels, located in Red Hill area being a division
of Lot 9 and 10 of Red Hill Subdivision was approved by the City Engineer
of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and,
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 4744 is the final map of the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and,
WHEREA~, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 4744 be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1979.
