A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL ~AP NUMBER 4749.
WHEREAS, parcel map number 4749, submitted by Cucamonga
Land Company and consisting 16 parcels, located nortb of San Bernardino
Avenue and east of Rochester Avenue being a division of portions of
Lots 81 through 95 of the Rochester Tract was approved by the City
Engineer of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and,
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 4749 is the final map of the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and,
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 4749 be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1979.
