A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUC~ONGA, CALIFORNIA, CONCURRING IN THE FINDINGS OF THE
CHAFFEY JOINT UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT THAT CONDITIONS
OF OVERCROWDING EXIST IN SAID DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the governing board of the Chaffey Joint Union
High School District of San Bernardino County, California, at its
regular meeting on March 19, 1979, adopted a motion entitled "Declaration
of Impaction" wherein said governing board found and declared that
conditions of overcrowding existed in said school district; and,
WHEREAS, the governing board of the Chaffey Joint Union High
School District has notified the City Council of the City of Rancbo
Cucamonga, California, as required by Government Code Section 65971;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does resolve, determine and order as follows:
rile City Council concurs in the findings of the governing
board of the Chaffey Joint Union High School District which findings
are contained in the aforesaid "Declaration of Impaction" for all
attendance areas within the Chaffey Joint Union High School District.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1979.
