A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 4590,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 78-0025) IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY.
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 78-0025, submitted by
Alfredo Murillo and Clara Murillo Subdivider, and consisting of 4
parcels, located on the southwest corner at Victoria and East Avenues
being a division of Lot 1, Block K, of Etiwanda Colony Lands was approved
by the City Engineer and a Negative Declaration issued by the Planning
Commission on February 14, 1979 as provided in the State Subdivision Map
Act and is in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance 28 of said
City; and,
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 4590 is the Final Map of the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the Final Map, said subdivider submits for approval said
Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets delineated
thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows;
1. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map delineating
same be approved and the City Clerk is authorized to
execute the certificate thereon behalf of said City; and,
2. That said Parcel Map Number 4590 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for
record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 1979.
